
IT PROJECT PORTFOLIO ANALYST (F/M/D)
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the IT projects team of the Ignitis Group shared service center. We operate and innovate on a large scale – a team of 180+ talented IT people manages a portfolio of 80+ applications which require active maintenance, renewal and refactoring. Each year we implement 450+ changes and deployments to production environment. We are not stuck in legacy applications world – we run Agile development teams creating new software solutions for new business opportunities. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Monitoring each stage of IT project or IT programs implementation to ensuring proper execution (process, artifacts);
- Monitoring IT project or IT programs timeline, budget, and scope discrepancies against the approved baseline and propose solutions;
- Implementing improvements of IT project management procedures, methodologies, and best practices in response to changing circumstances;
- Implementing improvements in IT project monitoring – align metrics and implement standard tools;
- Implementing the monitoring and management of interdependencies between projects. Providing recommendations for decision-making.
Required for this position:
- At least 3 years of experience managing IT projects of varying complexity following project management methodologies;
- Knowledge of AGILE, PMI (PMBOK)/PRINCE2/other standards and their practical application;
- Knowledge of project portfolio management and its analysis principles;
- Analytical, critical, and creative thinking with a results-oriented approach, ability to manage large amounts of information simultaneously;
- Excellent computer skills with MS programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI, as well as strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence;
- Excellent proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
