We are currently looking for a results-driven B2B Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Tallinn, Estonia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with our most valuable B2B clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term success for both our customers and Ignitis Eesti. This role offers much more than a typical position - as the second member of the Ignitis Eesti Energy Sales team, you will play a key role in building the business from the ground up. It is a unique opportunity to actively contribute to shaping our operations, strategy, and success in the Estonian market. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans to maximize revenue and strengthen client relationships
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, understanding their business needs and challenges
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams in Baltics to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Conducting regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitoring  and analyzing account performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management

Required for this position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, with a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts preferably in energy sector
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a focus on long-term relationship building
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools
  • Experience in conducting business reviews and preparing performance reports
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with key accounts
