IT INFRASTRUCTURE PLATFORMS AND TOOLS LEAD (F/M/D)
You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Leading the planning, deployment, operation, and availability of enterprise IT infrastructure ensuring 99.9%+ uptime
- Owning patch management, capacity planning, observability, and infrastructure lifecycle management
- Defining, maintaining, and testing Disaster Recovery plans while driving continuous improvements
- Driving compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, energy-sector requirements)
- Managing infrastructure vendors, and SLA performance
- Leading and developing infrastructure and IT operations teams
- Collaborating with Cyber Security, Applications, and business stakeholders while driving automation and standardization
- Presenting infrastructure roadmaps, risks, and investment proposals while supporting Agile and DevOps enablement
Required for this position:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in Leadership of IT management and IT infrastructure.
- Expert-level familiarity with ISO 27001, NIS2 Directive, Dora
- A proven track record of maintaining 99.9%+ uptime in mission-critical environments using modern AIOps, observability, and cloud-native tools
- ITIL 4 Strategic Leader (Operations), or professional-level Cloud Architect experience
- Experience driving Agile and DevOps transformations while integrating technology into unified enterprise platforms

Salary range for this position group
