We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the finance team of the largest Baltic issuer, where you’ll participate and take ownership of some of the Group's most important financial planning processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure across all businesses within the Group, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and develop into a future FP&A leadership role.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Driving Group Financial Modelling Excellence by coordinating, cooperating and consulting Group companies on creating and maintaining financial models to ensure accurate key business drivers based planning, monitoring and reporting processes impacting Group-wide decision-usefulness
  • Organizing and coordinating budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning processes of assigned group companies
  • Performing analysis and control of financial and performance indicators of assigned group companies
  • Preparing presentations of results, financial plans, forecasts and ad hoc analyzes to the Group management
  • Contributing to the preparation of public information related to the Group's finances, including interim/annual reports, strategic plans and presentations to investors
  • Organizing and implementing projects for optimizing financial management and other related processes at the group level
  • Building a relationship and being a reliable partner to all stakeholders within the Group to advise, influence and support or challenge business decisions necessary for effective finance management.

Required for this position:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business administration, Mathematics or similar field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, M&A, Business Valuation, Investment Analysis, or a similar finance role
  • Proven financial modelling (identifying key business drivers, using DCF, SOTP models) and forecasting skills, excellent analytical skills, ability to systematize and summarize information
  • Proficient in using of MS Office programs (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills (both verbal & written)
  • Ability to connect with a wide range of stakeholders, communicate clearly, concisely and distill complex information into clear and specific conclusions for top-level management.

Salary range for this position group

is 4260 to 6380 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
