SITE RELIABILITY ENGINEER (F/M/D)
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the IT Infrastructure and Operations division, where you’ll be responsible for providing technical leadership, ensuring reliable and secure IT infrastructure and supporting the continuous modernization of critical technology platforms. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!
Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart!
You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Leading reliability engineering for critical services through SRE best practices — defining SLIs/SLOs, managing error budgets, and conducting reliability reviews
- Designing and operating resilient, highly available infrastructure (HA, redundancy, capacity planning) to ensure 99.9%+ service uptime with clear operational ownership
- Owning observability by defining monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting strategies that produce actionable insights and measurable service health
- Driving automation-first mindset with Infrastructure-as-Code, configuration management, and standardization to reduce toil and improve reliability
- Building and improving CI/CD and release reliability — implementing safe rollout patterns (canary, blue-green), automated deployments, and change risk controls
- Engineering and testing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity capabilities — continuously enhancing RTO/RPO targets, backup/restore processes, and DR exercises
- Embedding security by design — implementing security controls, hardening systems, managing secrets, enforcing least privilege, and supporting compliance requirements
- Leading technical direction and incident management, mentoring engineers, driving postmortems, collaborating with Security and App teams, and continuously improving operational practices
Required for this position:
What we expect from you:
- Not less than 3 years of experience working with IT infrastructure, platforms, or IT operations in complex environments
- Strong hands-on experience with on-premises, hybrid, or cloud infrastructure, including virtualization, operating systems (Linux and/or Windows), and networking fundamentals
- Practical knowledge of infrastructure security principles and experience working under cybersecurity or regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2 Directive, or similar
- Experience using automation, logging, and observability tools to ensure system automation, availability, and performance
- Ability to analyze incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement technical improvements.
- Experience contributing to technical documentation and solution design
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and stakeholders in Agile, SRE, or DevOps environments
In return for creating a more sustainable future, we promise:
- A package of additional benefits to choose from: pension accumulation, health insurance, or another benefit from the selectable benefits list in the MELP application
- Additional paid days for health improvement, short-term illness, volunteering, and accumulated work experience
- A hybrid work model (3+2) and flexible working hours
- Internal career opportunities
- Extensive learning and qualification enhancement programs
- Mentorship-based culture designed to facilitate meaningful and value-driven work
- Take part in an unfolding energy transformation process to create a 100% green and secure energy ecosystem for both current and future generations
