We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Maintenance Manager to take ownership of our Asset Maintenance function in Lithuania.

In this role, you will lead and develop a self-perform maintenance team responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our renewable energy assets, including solar power plants, wind farms, and battery energy storage systems. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards, and optimizing performance and cost efficiency across the portfolio.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Developing and implement maintenance strategy for renewables assets in Lithuania (Solar, wind, BESS)
  • Developing an implement maintenance team structure and procedures
  • Preparing periodic, multi-year, annual and monthly maintenance and repair tasks, schedules and plans for the equipment under maintenance;
  • Developing, implementing, and supervising maintenance activities on site
  • Ensuring spare parts delivery in a proper manner
  • Managing and organising the work of subordinate staff to ensure quality, safe and timely maintenance and repair of equipment
  • Initiating emergency repairs to systems in the event of an emergency
  • Coordinating and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
  • Providing support to the project department during the construction of renewable energy assets recommending solutions and participating in equipment installation compliance inspections, testing phases, and commissioning activities.
  • Preparation and submission of procurement initiation documentation and participating in the review and evaluation of procurement processes for goods, services, ensuring compliance with established criteria and organizational standards
  • Ensuring that technical issues related with electrical, mechanical, and control systems are resolved in a proper manner
  • Implementing safety protocols and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the maintenance team
  • Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

Required for this position:

  • University degree in electrical engineering
  • 3-5 years of proven track record in design, testing, planning, and maintenance activities in power plants and electrical substations. Experience in energy power plant projects would be considered as an advantage
  • Familiarity with electrical, automation, distribution network, or transmission network relay protection engineering
  • Familiarity with maintenance procedures for LV/HV electrical components
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance optimization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and good working knowledge of English (please send the CV in English).

Salary range for this position group

is 3430 to 5150 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
