We supply power and natural gas to 1.5 million customers in Lithuania and, through our operations in Latvia, Estonia, Finland, and Poland, we are accelerating the development of green energy throughout the wider Baltic region.

It is a contract for a five-year term of office.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem by:

  • Shaping and implementing the Company’s and its subsidiaries’ strategy in alignment with the Ignitis Group strategy and the Customer Solutions segment priorities.
  • Ensuring the Company’s sustainable and profitable operations in the Lithuanian and Polish markets as core value-generating geographies, while unlocking growth potential and maximising synergies across subsidiaries in Latvia, Estonia and Finland, including identifying and investing in high-potential growth segments.
  • Building an innovative, customer-centric organisation focused on delivering high-quality energy solutions and services.
  • Developing and scaling customer-centric energy products and services supporting electrification and the energy transition, with a focus on differentiating offerings and creating clear customer value beyond commoditised energy supply.
  • Driving digitalisation and innovation in customer services and energy-related solutions to enhance customer value, operational efficiency and short- to mid-term return on investment.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with the shareholder, customers, regulators, partners, media and other key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrating leadership by inspiring the organisation, communicating the vision and empowering teams to deliver results.

Required for this position:

  • At least 5 years of leadership experience within a top executive management team, including a minimum of 2 years of experience leading a company with full business responsibility.
  • Proven ability to shape and implement business strategy, translating market developments, technological trends and the regulatory context into organisational priorities and initiatives.
  • Experience leading organisations in dynamic and uncertain market environments, while fostering a technologically advanced, innovation-friendly and digital working environment.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managerial roles in business development and/or product development and/or trade and/or sales and/or information technology, with demonstrated responsibility for delivering business results.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth, profitability and return on investment, including experience in scaling utility or service-based businesses through value creation, prioritising value over volume and moving beyond commoditised offerings.
  • Proven experience in developing customer-centric products or services and growing customer portfolios, including the ability to differentiate offerings and create high-value customer solutions across private and business segments.
  • Strong track record in leading management teams and developing high-performing organisations, with the ability to unlock the full potential of the organisation through people.
  • Proven ability to develop commercial capabilities across the organisation and ensure robust succession planning. 
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation, with an understanding of agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Work experience in collegial bodies.
  • Strong executive-level communication skills, including effective engagement with media, government institutions, and political and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management capability, including shaping expectations, influencing key stakeholders, building trusted relationships, and effectively operating in public interest and regulated contexts.
  • English and Lithuanian language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
  • Higher education degree.
  • Impeccable reputation.

Salary range for this position group

is 12530 to 18790 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
